It depends on the size of your balcony, the windows, and the level of dirt. A smaller balcony typically takes 2-3 hours, while a larger one may take 3-4 hours or longer.

Interior window cleaning is offered separately for an additional fee.

• Interior windows

• Ceilings

• Windows above 10 feet

• Underneath flooring tiles

• Concrete or stucco walls

• Outer edge of the ceiling (we can de-spider this area but detailed cleaning is not possible for safety)

We provide a spider treatment where we apply a targeted insecticide to the edges and corners of your balcony. It dries into a protective film that helps keep spiders away.

The results can vary depending on factors like the age of the building, location, etc.

Please Note: this is a preventative treatment, not a full extermination. If spiders are a widespread issue in your building, results may be limited.

We ask that small items and fragile pieces are cleared before we arrive. If needed, we can move larger furniture for you — but if there’s a lot to move, a fee may apply to ensure the best cleaning results.

Window cleaners usually use water from your outdoor faucet or sink.
